On the last day of a billing cycle, your timesheet’s status will change from Current to Due. You’ll also receive an email reminding you to submit it.
To access your timesheet:
- Go to My Jobs on your Talent Portal
- Select your Active Job
- Select the Timesheet for the Billing Period you want to Review
Ensure the timesheet includes all your working hours and detailed notes before submitting it. If you didn’t work during the pay period, you must submit zero (0) hours.
After the due date, unsubmitted timesheets become Overdue and you are given 3 days to submit the timesheet for automatic processing. If you miss this 3-day deadline, the timesheet will need to be manually reviewed by your Matching Operations Coordinator for approval. You are given up to 14 days to submit your timesheet.
Please make sure to review that the details of your timesheet are correct before submitting it. The platform will ask you to confirm the accuracy of your hours and rate for the billing period one last time after you click Submit. In the event that changes need to be made to your timesheet after you've submitted it, you would need to reach out to your matching operations coordinator for edits and timesheet approval.
